Senior Integration Developer, Boomi

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Lead the Integration Architecture and Development processes.

• Supervise the design, development, and deployment of Boomi integrations (Atoms), ensuring that solutions are scalable and maintainable across a variety of applications and databases.

• Drive the Data Mapping and Transformation Strategy: Define and assess complex data mapping and transformation methodologies, ensuring consistency, performance, and adherence to best practices across integration flows.

• API Strategy and Governance: Spearhead the design and governance of RESTful APIs and web services, establishing standards for security, scalability, and reusability.

• Incident Management and Optimization: Lead troubleshooting initiatives, mentor team members in resolving integration challenges, and ensure the systems maintain high availability, performance, and continuous improvement.

• Technical Documentation and Standards: Develop and enforce documentation standards, ensuring that clear technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and process documentation are consistently maintained.

• Cross-Functional Leadership and Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and business analysts to shape technical solutions, align priorities, and ensure successful delivery across teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of demonstrated experience with integration processes and tools.

• More than 3 years of proven experience with Boomi AtomSphere.

• Strong comprehension of XML, JSON, SQL, and integration patterns.

• Ability to guide and support team members, share knowledge, and assist others in enhancing their technical skills through coaching and constructive feedback.

• Capability to make informed technical decisions, take accountability for results, and lead projects with confidence while balancing trade-offs.

• Proficiency in the English language is essential.
