Senior Integration Architect – Composable Architecture, AI-Driven Integration, Enterprise Modernization

📋 Description

• Spearhead enterprise integration architecture and modernization projects within intricate business ecosystems.

• Create composable integration architectures that reduce platform dependency and enhance business agility.

• Establish integration strategies utilizing APIs, event-driven architecture, messaging systems, and distributed computing methodologies.

• Develop canonical data models that facilitate interoperability among enterprise applications and various business domains.

• Set integration architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practice guidelines.

• Advocate for cloud-native, hybrid, and multi-cloud integration strategies that align with enterprise technology roadmaps.

• Construct integration architectures that accommodate AI, agentic workflows, automation, and intelligent business processes.

• Design event-driven ecosystems that support real-time data transfer and AI-driven decision-making.

• Assess current integration platforms and propose modernization strategies that enhance flexibility, scalability, and return on investment (ROI).

• Assist organizations in minimizing unnecessary platform dependencies through strategic integration design.

• Engage in customer workshops, discovery sessions, executive discussions, and solution engagement activities.

• Lead presentations on architecture, solution demonstrations, technical assessments, and strategic advisory discussions.

• Support the development of proposals, effort estimations, solution costing, RFPs, RFIs, and Statements of Work.

• Convert business challenges into scalable integration and modernization roadmaps.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on enterprise integration, API strategy, modernization, and digital transformation efforts.

• Provide architectural oversight throughout project delivery phases.

• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure the successful execution of approved architectures.

• Review solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation methodologies.

• Aid in risk mitigation, performance enhancement, security compliance, and scalability planning.

• Drive architecture governance and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.

• Work effectively with business leaders, enterprise architects, technical teams, product owners, and delivery stakeholders.

• Facilitate architecture reviews, design workshops, and decision-making forums.

• Mentor architects, engineers, and integration specialists.

• Contribute to the development of organizational capabilities and initiatives aimed at achieving integration excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise integration architecture, solution design, and modernization projects.

• In-depth knowledge of API-led architecture, enterprise integration patterns, distributed systems, and middleware technologies.

• Demonstrated experience in designing composable architectures and integration ecosystems.

• Practical experience with event-driven architectures, asynchronous messaging, and real-time integration methods.

• Strong comprehension of canonical data models and concepts related to enterprise data integration.

• Familiarity with cloud-native integration platforms and hybrid integration architectures.

• Proven track record in pre-sales, consulting, solution development, and customer engagement.

• Experience in leading architecture governance and supporting large-scale implementation projects.

• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and modernization tactics.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, consulting, and stakeholder management abilities.
