This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Execute integrated marketing strategies across the organization.
• Take ownership of go-to-market (GTM) execution for product launches and cohesive campaigns that utilize various channels.
• Collaborate with the agency to ensure paid acquisition meets targets.
• Design and implement campaigns that function as a unified program across multiple channels.
• Establish brand partnerships and secure earned media moments that resonate emotionally with audiences.
• Manage the marketing website and blog comprehensively, including SEO and ongoing content enhancement.
• Oversee weekly performance reporting and maintain dashboards to provide narrative insights.
• A minimum of 6 years in B2C marketing, primarily focused on consumer product marketing. B2B-only experience is not suitable. Experience in integrated marketing, growth, product marketing, or marketing operations is a plus.
• Proven GTM experience: you have led the launch of new products or features from start to finish.
• Broad operational expertise across paid media, lifecycle marketing, content, web, and partnerships. While deep expertise in a single channel isn’t necessary, you should possess genuine fluency in most of them.
• An instinct for identifying brand partnerships and earned moments. You can analyze a calendar of cultural milestones, identify brands that resonate with our audience, and envision a campaign in a seemingly empty space.
• Proficient in managing a WordPress (or similar) site, executing on-page SEO, and creating landing pages using light HTML/CSS or AI-assisted coding.
• Strong analytical skills and storytelling abilities: familiar with GA4, Mixpanel, or Looker, and capable of crafting a weekly narrative that informs leadership decisions. Proficiency in SQL or AI-enhanced SQL is advantageous.
• Comfort with copywriting and quick-turn design (Figma or Adobe), along with a proven track record of delivering creative work that drives conversions.
• Familiarity with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like Branch, AppsFlyer, or Adjust, and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as mParticle or Segment.
• You incorporate AI as an integral part of your workflow rather than a mere buzzword on your resume. Be prepared to discuss your practical applications.
