This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of Integrated Marketing Strategy for Key Events: Spearhead the creation of integrated marketing strategies for significant sports seasons and major events (e.g., NFL, NBA, MLB), ensuring they align with business objectives, player behaviors, and market possibilities.
• Lead Comprehensive Campaign Management: Supervise the planning and execution of campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels—ensuring clear guidance, strong alignment, and high-quality delivery at all points of contact.
• Guide Go-to-Market Planning: Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Product, Promotions, and other channel marketing teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies—translating product priorities into cohesive, full-funnel marketing plans.
• Establish Campaign Direction & Briefing Standards: Set clear frameworks for campaigns, messaging guidelines, and briefing standards that empower Creative, CRM, Social, and Paid Media teams to execute effectively and consistently.
• Ensure Cross-Channel Alignment: Serve as the central strategic connector among Marketing functions—ensuring all channels operate cohesively, messaging remains consistent, and campaigns are optimized comprehensively rather than in isolation.
• Own Performance & Optimization Strategy: Collaborate with Analytics, Finance, and Game Operations to define success metrics for evaluating campaign performance, and lead optimization strategies to enhance acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Enhance Execution & Team Output: Offer direction, feedback, and prioritization support to junior team members, including the Senior Associate, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Identify and implement enhancements to campaign planning, workflow management, and cross-functional processes to boost speed, clarity, and scalability.
• 6–8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign strategy, or similar roles (preferably in consumer, sports, gaming, or technology sectors)
• Demonstrated ability to lead integrated marketing strategies and execute multi-channel campaigns on a large scale
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the capacity to link business objectives to marketing plans and execution
• Proven experience collaborating across various internal teams, including Product, Product Marketing, Creative, Analytics, Paid Media, and CRM.
• Established capability to influence without authority and foster alignment among multiple stakeholders
• Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the skill to handle complex, concurrent initiatives
• Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to guide strategy and optimization
• Experience in mentoring or guiding junior team members
