This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +17 more states.
• Lead the strategic implementation of product and pricing strategies across various states and business lines, ensuring alignment with Branch’s long-term objectives for growth and profitability.
• Convert pricing and product ideas into documentation ready for filing and collaborate with actuarial and compliance teams to prepare SERFF submissions.
• Create scalable systems and frameworks that enhance product performance management, regulatory execution, and operational efficiency.
• Serve as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert on personal lines product strategy, influencing decision-making across Product, Actuarial, Underwriting, and Compliance departments.
• Distill complex data and regulatory insights into concise, actionable recommendations that inform market strategy and state performance.
• Work cross-functionally with actuarial, engineering, underwriting, and data teams to develop tools and systems that enhance product speed-to-market and performance visibility.
• Provide leadership through expertise by exemplifying best practices, establishing team standards, and mentoring colleagues in strategic problem-solving and execution.
• Keep abreast of market and regulatory changes, anticipating their impacts and proposing proactive strategies to maintain Branch's competitive edge and compliance.
• Transform business objectives into operational solutions, balancing innovation with risk management to deliver sustainable, Member-oriented products.
• Over 8 years of experience in Personal Lines Product Management (auto and homeowners), demonstrating a proven ability to drive strategy and execution across multiple states or lines.
• In-depth knowledge of pricing methodologies, underwriting frameworks, and regulatory requirements, with the capacity to simplify complexity for cross-functional partners.
• Established experience in designing and implementing scalable systems, processes, or tools that enhance product team operations.
• Strong analytical skills and storytelling ability; capable of turning data into insights that guide business decisions.
• Acknowledged as a thought leader or subject matter expert in personal lines insurance; comfortable providing counsel to leadership and guiding peers.
• Effective collaborator who fosters trust and alignment among both technical and non-technical teams.
• High level of autonomy and ownership in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
