Senior Insurance Forms Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee Product Design and interdisciplinary consulting initiatives for Perr&Knight clients.

• Evaluate and analyze insurance-related legislation and regulations.

• Conduct competitive analysis.

• Systematize and present competitive data in a coherent format.

• Draft fundamental product documentation for new programs and develop state-mandated forms to ensure compliance.

• Prepare support and compliance assessments, including checklist forms and transmittals for filing forms.

• Compose explanatory content and responses to form interrogatories.

• Collaborate directly with state filing analysts.

• Communicate directly with clients regarding project objectives and outcomes.

• Propose solutions and/or alternatives to clients.

• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the marketplace.

• Conduct peer evaluations.

• Assist in the development of project proposals.

• Create polished, professional reports that showcase results and key information.

• Invoice clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Property & Casualty Forms, Underwriting, and/or Regulatory Compliance.

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).

• Knowledge of insurance form drafting.

• Comprehension of the intricate elements of underwriting, rating, regulatory compliance, and insurance products.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word at an intermediate level.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
