This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver exceptional client service, application management, and sales assistance to physician members and their families.
• Serve as a vital link between clients, Insurance Advisors, insurance carriers, and internal teams.
• Conduct client meetings via Zoom to finalize applications, clarify recommendations, and outline underwriting procedures.
• Oversee, track, and expedite insurance applications from the point of submission to policy issuance.
• Actively follow up with insurers, clients, and stakeholders to address issues, gather necessary documentation, and avert delays.
• Assist in business development efforts by advocating for insurance services and engaging with physician members.
• Minimum of one year experience in a financial/insurance marketing assistant or sales position, or a comparable role.
• Understanding of individual life insurance and living benefits; capable of articulating advisor recommendations and solutions.
• Required to hold a license for selling Life and Accident & Sickness insurance in BC; designations such as CHS, GBA, CFP, or CLU are advantageous.
• Outstanding time management and organizational abilities, with a proven history of managing priorities and meeting various deadlines.
• Proven expertise with web-based applications, including Insurance Carrier e-applications and advisor portal platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM Salesforce is beneficial.
