Senior Instructional Designer – SAP, ERP, WalkMe, SAP Enable Now

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with SAP/Systems Implementation (SI) consultants, developers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other essential stakeholders to assess the training requirements of the target audience.

• Employ the ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and other established models to create engaging SAP/SI course content and learning activities.

• Define instructional objectives and produce relevant materials/media for SAP/SI projects, including audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games, etc.

• Establish the criteria for evaluating learner performance and develop assessment tools accordingly.

• Guarantee the delivery of high-quality outputs for the project through thorough internal evaluations and aim for outstanding feedback from clients and global project partners.

• Be acknowledged as a subject matter expert in one or more aspects of the SAP/SI field.

• Maintain and revise training materials and documentation in line with modifications and updates in the SAP system and business needs.

• Communicate and collaborate effectively to foster strong relationships with clients and fellow project team members.

• Assist in the development of collateral, tools, techniques, and methodologies to enhance the practice.

• Contribute to the advancement of thought leadership in the SAP/SI learning domain.

• Take responsibility for decision-making, process optimization, resource management, and overseeing team management as necessary for task execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or associate degree with 4 - 7 years of pertinent experience.

• Demonstrated experience and understanding of SAP systems, modules, and functionalities, including SAP FI, SAP HR, SAP MM, S4/HANA, etc.

• Familiarity with other ERP systems, such as Oracle and Workday, is advantageous.

• Strong understanding of storyboarding, visual design principles, and branding guidelines.

• Proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.

• Experienced with one or more course authoring and learning tools: SAP EnableNow, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, WalkMe, Camtasia, Vyond, VideoScribe.

• Practical knowledge and experience in instructional design principles.

• Experience in developing a diverse range of digital learning outputs: web-based learning, videos, interactive PDFs, webcasts, podcasts, nano-learnings, and VILT.
