This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Create, develop, and execute learning solutions and curriculum materials for instructor-led, self-paced, mobile, video, and audio-based training.
• Generate high-quality educational content utilizing instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, ARCS, and Bloom’s taxonomy.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessment and job analysis, effectively communicating development necessities throughout the organization.
• Identify suitable learning methods for various work groups.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, business sponsors, and learners to ensure that educational objectives are achieved.
• Present intricate information using pedagogically effective techniques.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest necessary modifications.
• Monitor employee performance and assess training results.
• Advise on training approaches.
• Engage in Learning Management System administration and course upkeep.
• Strong project management abilities in training, including needs assessment, scope definition, time estimation, and execution.
• Proven critical thinking skills for reviewing and analyzing data.
• Expertise in graphic, user interface, and interactive design.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge, Premiere, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Experience with Articulate 360, encompassing Storyline 360, Rise, Studio 360, and Replay.
• Proficient in Snagit 2018 or newer.
• Skilled in Camtasia 2018 or newer.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with online graphic design tools such as Venngage and Canva.
• Knowledge of HTML, ActionScript, or application/gaming design.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and teamwork skills.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, respond swiftly to urgent issues, and balance long-term projects with immediate responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• 7–10 years of experience in designing training for adult learners in a professional setting.
• Information Mapping/DocuTools Certification is preferred.
• An instructional design certificate from a recognized industry organization is preferred.
