This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Oversee and direct various initiatives to support Solutions Consultants (SCs), Domain Consultants (SCs), and the Enablement team utilizing AI and Public Cloud Service Providers (CSPs).
• Lead the architectural development of complex, multi-product lab environments.
• Serve as a primary consultant for Sales Engineering and Learning & Enablement teams.
• Create foundational, "golden-image" proof-of-concepts for the integration of new products.
• Establish modular "building block" solutions for lab users.
• Work in close partnership with lab engineers to scale designs for hundreds of simultaneous users.
• Propel AI solutions and incorporate AI/ML technologies into architectural frameworks.
• Recognize opportunities for creating AI solutions, advocating for innovation.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust, Networking, Network Security, SaaS Security, or SSE/SASE.
• Proficient knowledge of NGFW, Network Security, SASE, SD-WAN, CASB, Proxy, DLP, and BYOD Solutions.
• Solid familiarity with the Palo Alto Strata Networks Platform.
• Cross-functional knowledge of the Palo Alto Cortex Platform: XDR, XSIAM, XSOAR, and Cloud.
• Experience with Python, Go, or other relevant programming languages.
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts and administration, including Azure, AWS, with a preference for Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Skilled with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, and Vault.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Configuration Management: Proficient in CI/CD practices and Configuration Management, preferably with GitLab.
• Strong grasp of SOC security best practices.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with both internal and external customers and stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
