Senior Information Security Project Delivery Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business partners to ensure alignment of business solutions.

• Act as the functional liaison between the Intake team and the operations teams.

• Evaluate project scope and support business requirements throughout the delivery cycle.

• Assist with production and/or system change requests to achieve enterprise initiatives.

• Conduct research and analyze business impacts in relation to project scope.

• Propose business process solutions and effective strategies for project delivery.

• Oversee complex business delivery projects that span multiple business functions.

• Facilitate the communication of changes and updates resulting from enhancements to affected business units.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree accompanied by 5 years of experience in project management, method analysis, or operations/systems analysis, OR 9 years of experience in these fields.

• Proven experience in business process design.

• Background in the healthcare industry and project delivery.

• At least 4 years of progressively responsible experience in managing large, complex projects.

• Familiarity with delivery methodologies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that are clear and concise.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with tact when interacting with individuals.

• Proficient in PC applications including Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Sponsorship is not available, including for candidates currently on OPT.
