📋 Description

• Design, coordinate, and implement security solutions.

• Offer strategic and operational guidance to clients regarding information security, ISMS, and compliance with regulatory requirements (particularly NIS2).

• Oversee measures for the sustainable execution of security concepts.

• Create, enhance, and document ISMS in accordance with ISO 27001 / ISO 2700x standards.

• Perform gap analyses, risk assessments, and maturity evaluations.

• Prepare for and assist with ISO 27001 certifications as well as internal and external audits.

• Implement and evaluate NIS2 requirements, including governance, risk management, and reporting processes.

• Prepare for and support regulatory assessments and examinations (e.g., NIS2).

• Design and deliver training and awareness initiatives.

• Develop and enhance incident management and contingency/emergency plans.

• Create business continuity plans and security policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of practical experience in information security consulting or within the ISMS environment (senior level).

• Demonstrated experience in project and risk management.

• Strong understanding of ISO/IEC 2700x and hands-on experience with regulatory requirements (e.g., NIS2, KRITIS).

• Experience with KRITIS operators is advantageous.

• Proficient in German and possess good English skills, both written and spoken.

• Confident and professional demeanor while interacting with clients.

• Excellent communication skills, dependable, capable of working independently, and possess a solid understanding of processes.

• Willingness to travel throughout Germany for regular on-site client assignments.

• Certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, ISO 22301 (Lead) Implementer/Auditor, NIS2 Coordinator / NIS2 Officer are beneficial.
