Senior Influence Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take complete end-to-end ownership of the Influence Marketing direction: from strategy to reporting.

• Establish and launch the MyDrama channel for the US market, with plans to scale to other products and regions.

• Develop attribution methodology alongside a dedicated analyst—beyond UTM links: uplift analysis, promo codes, and marketing mix modeling.

• Initiate sourcing through Modash and other platforms, conduct personalized outreach, and handle negotiations and contracting.

• Build performance models for collaboration—calculating unit economics and ROMI, while iterating on creatives and offers.

• Work with the company’s own IP—actors and MyDrama series content—as an ambassadorial asset.

• Coordinate launches with legal, finance, brand, product, and development teams: landing pages, promo codes, and referral infrastructure.

• Utilize AI daily—database parsing, brief generation, translations, and competitor analysis.

• Prepare regular reports and propose strategic steps for channel expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in influence marketing using performance models.

• Experience in launching an influence direction from scratch or significantly transforming it from brand awareness to performance.

• Experience working in Western markets—US or EU.

• Ability to independently assign tasks to analysts and work with data.

• Deep understanding of attribution: not only UTM but also uplift analysis, promo codes, and MMM as a concept.

• Practical experience working with UGC creatives for Meta and TikTok paid channels.

• AI-first approach—using Claude and ChatGPT as daily working tools rather than rare experiments.
