Senior Implementations Project Manager – 1st Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Set achievable objectives and execute action plans for the implementation of new business initiatives.

• Lead and guide project team members to ensure adherence to established standards, procedures, and guidelines.

• Ensure that financial, material, and human resources are accessible to successfully complete projects.

• Assess progress, identify constraints or issues, and pursue solutions for process efficiency.

• Formulate internal and external communication strategies for various departments and clients.

• Assign tasks and guarantee an equitable distribution among project team members.

• Inspire team members to achieve project objectives and fulfill their responsibilities.

• Provide solutions to achieve targets and meet client expectations.

• Oversee all dimensions of projects, including planning, communication, risk assessment, and resource management.

• Foster a collaborative work atmosphere.

• Travel domestically by road, rail, and air as necessary, up to 75% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work or military experience.

• Two years of experience in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, with varying scopes and sizes.

• Proficiency in project management software.

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

• REAL ID-compliant driver's license or passport for compliance with federal travel regulations.

• Knowledge of TSA security protocols.

• Capability to travel domestically by road, rail, and air.

• PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma certification(s) are preferred.

• Experience in transportation, supply chain, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing is preferred.

• Strong comprehension of professional services economics is preferred.

• Familiarity with change management processes is preferred.

• Availability for days, evenings, and weekends is preferred.

• Experience in staff management and development, including mentoring Project Managers, is preferred.

• Ability to adjust to changing priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Must adhere to company travel and expense policies.
