Senior Implementation Success Partner – Surgical Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead intricate perioperative deployments within our portfolio, encompassing multi-service-line, multi-site, and executive-facing engagements.

• Take ownership of the entire implementation lifecycle from pre-sale collaboration to hypercare.

• Act as the strategic consultant to perioperative executives, surgeons, schedulers, and IT teams.

• Proactively anticipate risks before they occur and design mitigation strategies accordingly.

• Establish and nurture relationships at all levels within client organizations.

• Work collaboratively with Data Engineers, Product Specialists, and Client Success Partners throughout deployments.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and spearhead change management initiatives.

• Function as the primary owner of the implementation for designated client accounts.

• Clearly communicate Qventus’ value proposition and generate value for customers.

• Foster a customer base enthusiastic about Qventus.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in project/program management with a thorough understanding of enterprise SaaS implementation.

• More than 8 years of professional experience at a leading healthcare consulting firm, digital health company, or health system.

• Extensive experience of 8+ years collaborating across multiple teams to oversee end-to-end project lifecycles.

• Proven experience in leading large, complex implementations with executive involvement.

• Demonstrated success in collaborating with Sales or pre-sales teams to scope and validate enterprise deployments.

• Knowledgeable about perioperative metrics, processes, challenges, and solutions.

• Proficient in Epic, Cerner, or similar EHR environments.

• Experience in project management with complex implementations in the healthcare provider setting.

• A demonstrated history of applying strong quantitative and analytical skills.

• Previous experience managing projects for hospital systems.

• Adept at understanding, documenting, and analyzing data using various tools.

• Willingness to travel an average of 25%-35% of the time.
