Senior Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Oversee the effective implementation and deployment of enterprise solutions for our clients in the Taiwan market.

• Accountable for managing intricate implementation projects from their inception to completion.

• Ensure all deliverables adhere to quality standards and meet client expectations.

• Act as the primary operational contact for Taiwanese merchant onboarding, project coordination, and cross-functional delivery.

• Collaborate with teams across various markets, leveraging operational excellence to enhance project execution and merchant outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in implementation, systems deployment, or related project management roles.

• Demonstrated experience in managing enterprise software implementations (ERP, CRM, or comparable systems).

• Strong project management abilities with a capacity to handle multiple simultaneous projects.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proven experience in stakeholder management and client-facing project delivery.

• Proficient in process documentation and business process analysis.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Exceptional communication skills in English; fluency in Mandarin Chinese is mandatory.
