Senior Implementation Manager, Hospital

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee the complete responsibility for hospital implementations and manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks from the initial kick-off to a successful go-live.

• You will engage with key stakeholders on the client side, including executive management, IT, and medical leadership, ensuring effective communication and professional escalation management.

• In close partnership with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams, you will ensure that all requirements are fulfilled and that go-lives are executed seamlessly.

• You will maintain project tracking, create reports, and document processes while proactively suggesting enhancements to continuously refine our implementation strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in implementation, customer delivery, or project management, preferably in SaaS, HealthTech, or other complex environments with multi-stage customer projects.

• You have a background in healthcare, ideally within hospital settings, and a solid understanding of clinical processes and structures.

• You demonstrate strong project management capabilities and confidently manage scope, timelines, risks, and escalations.

• You are skilled in stakeholder management, with experience engaging with clinic and C-level executives, and are comfortable interacting with IT and medical decision-makers.

• You possess a strong competence in processes and methodologies, including standards, templates, and quality gates, and work in a data-driven manner with tracking and reporting.

• You take ownership of end-to-end delivery, work in an organized manner, and effectively prioritize even in complex, concurrent projects.

• You exhibit clear communication, assertiveness, and teamwork, even in challenging situations and during escalations.

• You are willing to travel moderately to assist your customers on-site during implementations as needed.

• You are business-fluent in German (at least C1) and fluent in English (at least B2).
