This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Design & Optimize Implementation Strategies: Create innovative engagement models to cater to diverse customer requirements, from large-scale deployments to strategic phased rollouts. Enhance and refine the methodology for intricate implementations to ensure scalability and efficiency. Recognize patterns and establish best practices to positively influence future implementations.
• Lead High-Touch, Enterprise Implementations: Foster and build robust relationships with enterprise clients, working collaboratively to understand their business goals and customize implementation strategies. Supervise multi-phase implementations with complex technical integrations, guaranteeing timely completion and successful execution. Assist customers in implementing Invoca’s JavaScript, integrating with MarTech platforms, and optimizing workflows. Become proficient in the Invoca platform, training clients on essential features, integrations, APIs, and webhooks.
• Agentic AI Expertise: Spearhead the deployment of Agentic AI workflows, ensuring that autonomous agents are seamlessly integrated into the customer’s broader MarTech ecosystem.
• Executive Stakeholder Management: Organize steering committees, ensuring that key stakeholders are aligned on project milestones, risks, and strategic objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to customer executives, influencing decisions and promoting project success.
• Resource Management: Keep precise project records, monitor milestones, and ensure compliance with implementation Service Level Objectives using project management and CRM tools.
• Executive Communication & Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks, dependencies, and obstacles in enterprise projects, escalate as needed, and formulate mitigation strategies to ensure a positive implementation experience. Deliver clear, data-driven reports to executive leadership regarding implementation performance, customer adoption trends, and engagement impact.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to implementation. Collect insights and advocate for enterprise customer needs with Product & Engineering, influencing feature enhancements and roadmap decisions.
• Global Market Alignment: Maintain an early-morning Central or Eastern Time (CT/ET) schedule to provide direct implementation oversight and real-time consultation for UK and European clients.
• 5+ years of technical SaaS delivery experience in implementation, onboarding, or professional services, with hands-on technical delivery (e.g., IFM, quality management, or MarTech integration work).
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in building, deploying, or managing agentic AI workflows — distinct from merely using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude. Candidates should articulate the architectures chosen, trade-offs assessed, and measurable business outcomes achieved.
• Proven expertise in enterprise-level project management, encompassing executive stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and governance frameworks.
• Ability to design, communicate, and implement new strategies tailored to complex customer needs.
• Experience leading steering committees, executive reviews, and enterprise-level workshops.
• Strong resource management abilities, balancing customer demands with available team capacity.
• In-depth product knowledge and the capacity to translate technical concepts for executive-level decision-making.
• Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (Salesforce, Jira, Monday.com).
• Regional Availability: Must reside in the Central or Eastern Time Zone (CT or ET); candidates from Mountain and Pacific Time Zones will not be considered. Early-morning availability is required to support UK and European clients.
