This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Censis product suite, which offers a SaaS-based end-to-end solution. This encompasses CensiTrac, LoanerLink, ScopeTrac, and CensiTrac Analytics Modules.
• Formulate implementation strategies and identify as well as assess installation challenges.
• Provide training to clients on all features and advantages of Censis products.
• Foster enthusiasm and excitement surrounding the product.
• Conduct demonstrations and in-service training as required, both at client locations and virtually.
• Complete training checklists, daily reports, and implementation documentation necessary during the implementation phase.
• Engage in software upgrade training.
• Detect installation issues, software bugs, and/or necessary software alterations to inform Product Development.
• May assist with the installation and removal of hardware during operational readiness validations, which may involve lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Establish and uphold client satisfaction throughout the implementation training process.
• Actively engage in any required project tasks.
• Responsible for maintaining expertise in hardware installation and troubleshooting, including but not limited to PCs, printers, label printers, scanners, PDAs, etc.
• Proactively acquire knowledge on new features of all Censis products.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail when constructing container definitions.
• Competent in both electrochemical and laser marking technologies; capable of marking and commissioning instruments.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe, Word, and Excel to convert and/or prepare customer count sheet data for upload.
• Complete annual performance evaluations.
• Achieve performance and development objectives.
• Provide internal support to other departments as needed; perform additional duties as assigned.
• Weekend or overnight shifts may be required.
• Outstanding presentation and communication abilities.
• Comfortable and familiar with computer systems.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated individual.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Certified in Sterile Processing.
• Experience in implementing systems within healthcare settings.
• 1-2 years of experience in Sterile Processing or healthcare, with knowledge of surgical instrument nomenclature.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and/or other project management tools.
• Up to 75% travel requirement, which includes visiting various facilities on a weekly basis from Monday to Friday.
