This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Effectively managing customer onboarding and implementation projects from start to finish.
• Ensuring clients are properly set up and utilizing Documo products efficiently.
• Collaborating with internal teams to tackle technical or process-related challenges.
• Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process and offering ongoing support for product adoption.
• Contributing to customer satisfaction, retention, and the long-term value of the product.
• Leading post-sales onboarding and implementation efforts for Documo products.
• Configuring solutions to align with customer needs and business processes.
• Developing project plans, timelines, and success metrics for each implementation.
• Conducting technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfers with customer teams.
• Identifying and resolving potential technical or operational issues during the implementation phase.
• Ensuring customers fully understand how to effectively use Documo products.
• Providing guidance on best practices, workflows, and integrations.
• Monitoring adoption metrics and proactively addressing any usage gaps.
• Gathering customer feedback to inform process enhancements and product improvements.
• Collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure seamless delivery and alignment.
• Communicating project status, risks, and solutions to both internal stakeholders and customers.
• Serving as the technical point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends, product updates, and best practices.
• Documenting processes, workflows, and integration configurations.
• Contributing to the creation of templates, guides, and playbooks to enhance implementation efficiency.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical consulting, solutions consulting, or SaaS product implementation.
• Strong technical aptitude with a quick learning ability for new systems.
• Experience in post-sales delivery, onboarding, and configuration of intricate software solutions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• A customer-oriented mindset with proficient problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of API integrations.
