Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.

📋 Description

• Tailor GBS’ online enrollment platform to fulfill the specific enrollment requirements of clients.

• Evaluate, process, and create solutions to provide a personalized benefit enrollment system.

• Oversee approximately 65 clients.

• Act as a liaison with various internal teams (including EDI, Brokers, and Account Managers).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant field (technology, HR, benefits).

• Proficient in Excel (daily use of formulas and v-lookup).

• Strong work ethic.

• Tech-savvy.

• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Previous experience with BenAdmin systems is advantageous.
