This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the Client Relationship: Act as the main client contact during the implementation phase. Conduct interviews with stakeholders, align workflows, and ensure coordination with both operational and executive stakeholders. Provide regular updates on progress, identify risks promptly, and guarantee effective collaboration through the go-live phase and early adoption.
• Lead Solution Deployments: Manage the customer onboarding process (planning, configuration, testing, training, go-live, support) with well-defined project plans, milestones, and strategies for risk mitigation.
• Utilize Impact Metrics: Employ established KPIs (such as time saved and turnaround time reduction) to showcase ROI and assist in customer expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate with Commercial: Promote and cross-sell new products to existing customers; additionally, create a scalable customer-success framework that encompasses onboarding, training, support, and upselling.
• Create a focused customer-success framework tailored by customer type (including onboarding, training, support, upselling) along with necessary materials (such as role-based meeting templates).
• 5 to 7 years of experience within the healthcare sector, including roles in provider, payer, or healthcare technology environments.
• 4+ years of experience in leading healthcare IT or SaaS implementations, with direct responsibility for delivery.
• A proven history of scaling complex, multi-stakeholder implementations and achieving measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with customer support workflows and tools to connect implementation with ongoing support effectively.
• Previous experience in a startup environment is preferred.
• Experience in cardiology or oncology is preferred.
