Senior Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of EHR functionalities and capabilities that facilitate the electronic exchange of clinical data.

• Facilitate and expedite adherence to federal regulations.

• Collaborate with providers, customers, internal stakeholders, and end users to ensure that solutions align with business, clinical, and regulatory requirements.

• Develop business and go-to-market strategies.

• Work alongside vendors and DDAT partners to provide technical enablement across various EHR platforms.

• Engage with Business, Clinical, Compliance, DDAT, Legal, and Vendor teams.

• Construct comprehensive business cases.

• Partner with DDAT Product Owners during PI planning and execution.

• Propel DDAT prioritization efforts.

• Identify deficiencies and propose enhancements for products, services, and workflows.

• Monitor and report on spending and value metrics.

• Address workflow processes and interdependencies across different enterprise business segments.

• Drive change to enhance performance, organizational effectiveness, systems, quality, and services.

• Assist in identifying solutions to challenges impacting program or project plans.

• Support evolving interoperability requirements and cross-functional initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in the healthcare sector.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Program Manager overseeing complex projects.

• Strong executive presentation abilities.

• Proficient in creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with Excel.

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience is mandatory.

• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or Individual Health Plans is preferred.

• Understanding of federal regulations and compliance obligations for government businesses is preferred.

• Experience in process mapping and discovery is preferred.

• Project Management Professional certification is preferred.
