Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and implement Sage Intacct projects by adhering to established methodologies.

• Facilitate discovery sessions to assess and document business and system requirements.

• Configure Sage Intacct modules to ensure alignment with client operations and accounting frameworks.

• Develop and implement testing plans while assisting clients during testing phases.

• Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users.

• Suggest optimal processes and system enhancements customized to client specifications.

• Create and design financial reports and dashboards within Sage Intacct.

• Set up and support integrations with third-party applications and marketplace solutions.

• Handle multiple implementations concurrently while ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.

• Supply regular project updates to both internal stakeholders and clients.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure that project milestones are achieved.

• Recognize system limitations, risks, and opportunities for enhancement; escalate complex issues and collaborate with technical teams.

• Assist in the development of internal documentation, templates, and best practices for implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in ERP implementation or consulting, with a strong preference for Sage Intacct.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows.

• Capability to convert business requirements into technical system setups.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills and project management expertise.

• Customer-centric approach with a high degree of professionalism.

• Ability to succeed in a dynamic and rapidly expanding consulting environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Proficiency with standard business tools, including Office 365, collaboration platforms, and virtual meeting applications.

• Practical experience with Sage Intacct modules such as GL, AP, AR, multi-entity, project accounting, and reporting/dashboards.

• Experience in configuring third-party integrations and ISV solutions within Sage Intacct.

• Familiarity with ERP ticketing or PSA tools (e.g., ConnectWise).

• Sage Intacct certification or a willingness to obtain it.
