Implementation Consultant, Level I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for customers, focusing on processes and workflows during a five-week implementation program.

• Create, revise, and oversee project management documentation.

• Ensure customers stay aligned with timelines to achieve a successful go-live.

• Identify and manage risks that may hinder customers from launching on schedule.

• Facilitate live working sessions to showcase best practices and essential go-live functionalities.

• Conduct open office hours, individual meetings, and group check-in calls with designated cohorts.

• Address software and hardware challenges associated with ServiceTitan and its integrated applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience is preferred, or knowledge and experience in the Home Service industry.

• Strong critical thinking abilities with a background in troubleshooting software issues.

• Experience with ServiceTitan software is a significant advantage.

• Outstanding project management capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent customer relationship management skills.

• Thorough understanding of exceptional customer service standards.

• Familiarity with SaaS business models is a plus.
