This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the configuration, deployment, and customer training for First Due’s Pre-Planning, Responder, Hydrants, and Command modules.
• Set up Pre-Planning occupancy and building records, hazards, tactical information, and pre-incident plans in accordance with NFPA 1620 standards.
• Configure Responder for mobile incident response, including unit response views, dispatch and AVL information, and field accessibility to occupancy and pre-plan data.
• Manage the configuration of Hydrants, which includes hydrant inventory, flow testing records, and water supply data in line with NFPA 291 standards.
• Set up Command for incident command and accountability, incorporating tactical worksheets and workflows for on-scene operations.
• Collaborate with the assigned Implementation Manager to ensure timely delivery of milestones and identify risks early.
• Keep track of project status, actual levels of effort, and configuration documentation using Rocketlane.
• Work alongside Technical Services on CAD and AVL data integrations.
• Identify product gaps, defects, and enhancement requests to the Team Manager and Product organization.
• Provide on-call support for complex configurations to Essentials and participate in Enterprise engagements.
• A minimum of three years of customer-facing implementation, configuration, or professional services experience in a SaaS environment, or equivalent operational experience in a fire or public safety agency.
• In-depth knowledge of the public safety industry, including fire ground operations, incident command structures, pre-incident planning, and water supply management.
• Proven working knowledge of field response workflows and the operational context for mobile response tools.
• Understanding of GIS and mapping concepts as they relate to occupancies, hydrants, and response data.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple concurrent customer projects effectively.
• Excellent communication abilities, training delivery skills, and stakeholder engagement expertise.
• Experience with Rocketlane or a similar professional services delivery platform.
• Authorization to work for any U.S. employer within the United States is required.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Preferred: direct experience as a firefighter, company officer, training officer, or fire service GIS or pre-planning coordinator.
• Preferred: working knowledge of NFPA 1620 and NFPA 291.
• Preferred: experience with GIS platforms, mobile data terminals, and field-response applications.
• Preferred: familiarity with Salesforce.
• Preferred: PMP, ITIL, or equivalent professional certification.
