This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Lead the implementation of products at customer sites from initial discovery to live deployment, encompassing various tasks including:
• Taking full ownership of the end-to-end implementation for single or multiple site deployments from the discovery phase through to go-live and stabilization.
• Acting as an on-site leader during essential phases of implementation, representing AssistIQ and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
• Identifying product gaps and effectively communicating these to both the customer and the internal product team, highlighting the risks associated with the implementation.
• Converting customer needs and insights from the field into actionable product feedback, thereby influencing product prioritization and feature development.
• Recognizing and promptly escalating potential risks to the implementation scope or timeline.
• Developing and nurturing relationships with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders.
• Conducting on-site training for end users and ensuring their acceptance of the product.
• Facilitating a seamless transition to the customer success team after the go-live phase.
• Continuously enhancing implementation processes, including:
• Updating training materials for superusers and other clinical teams as necessary, aiming for standardization and scalability.
• Refining the implementation playbook and processes by utilizing customer feedback.
• Being the "boots on the ground" to drive product enhancements and expansion opportunities:
• Collaborating with the product team to improve the product post go-live by collecting and delivering product feedback and understanding the strategic implications of any requested or required features.
• Direct experience in Surgical ORs and/or procedural settings (e.g., Cath Lab, IR, Endoscopy) is highly preferred, with a proven understanding of clinical workflows, sterile field considerations, and real-time documentation practices.
• Over 3 years of experience leading software and/or hardware implementations, ideally within healthcare IT, across diverse end user groups with varying training requirements and adoption strategies.
• Ability to manage relationships with key project stakeholders and provide tracking and updates to both the internal team and customer operational stakeholders.
• Experience in mentoring or leading team members in either formal or informal settings.
• Experience in offering support during pre and post go-live phases and facilitating successful transitions to customer success teams.
• Proven ability in problem-solving, prioritization, and project management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Capability to synthesize information, think quickly, and drive change.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, presentation, written) along with effective time management abilities.
• A valid driver’s license.
