This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee 5-7 key enterprise implementations concurrently.
• Collaborate with Sales to create strategic, solutions-oriented custom project plans that include actionable, value-driven success criteria, key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Facilitate and manage customer communications throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Identify, curate, and manage issues and risks that could affect the success of the implementation.
• Offer consultative insights on industry best practices related to sales productivity and optimization.
• Craft custom, solution-focused implementation plans that address customer business challenges, utilizing Revenue.io’s proprietary Value Realization Framework (VRF).
• Guide customers through technical configuration, as well as tailored training and enablement sessions.
• Align success criteria to facilitate a “Quick Win” demonstrating value promptly.
• Present reports, dashboards, and measurable KPIs to monitor ongoing improvements and adoption throughout the broader business.
• Deliver exceptional project management, platform expertise, and an understanding of customer goals and priorities.
• Work collaboratively with the CSM, AE, and broader account team on implementation execution and task delegation.
• Relay key customer feature requests to the Product Team and communicate execution expectations strategically to the customer.
• Identify and convey upsell opportunities to the CSM and AE.
• Self-assess and effectively resolve technical issues of varying complexities during implementation for both Salesforce and the Revenue.io platform.
• Escalate customer issues through support channels with the necessary details.
• Employ relationship-building strategies to navigate challenging customer conversations.
• Play an active role in the development of Solution Playbooks, including the identification of new solutions.
• Contribute significantly to both the identification and execution of continuous improvement initiatives related to Implementations.
• Over 5 years of experience in implementation management, solutions, or a related role (e.g., professional services) within large, complex enterprises.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce is essential, particularly in administration and configuration (Salesforce Admin Certification is highly preferred).
• Proven track record of managing large, intricate projects with multiple cross-organizational stakeholders.
• Established ability to handle multiple projects at once while managing challenging customer relationships.
• Experience in designing and leading training and enablement initiatives.
• Significant experience with change management methodologies and approaches is a considerable advantage.
• Familiarity with other industry companies (e.g., Salesloft, Gong, Groove) is a strong plus.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of telephony and computer telephony integration (CTI) in Salesforce is an added advantage.
