Implementation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Configure Verifiable's Salesforce-based SaaS offerings for client implementations, encompassing fields, page layouts, permissions, automation, reporting, dashboards, and implementation-specific settings.

• Collaborate with Implementation Managers to convert customer needs into precise technical solutions, implementation tasks, and delivery strategies.

• Act as a reliable technical resource for both customers and internal teams throughout the implementation process.

• Develop, update, and resolve issues related to Salesforce automation, including Flow-based processes, validation rules, data updates, and configuration-driven business logic.

• Assist with data migration, data cleanup, and backfill tasks utilizing Salesforce tools such as Data Loader, reports, exports, and structured import methods.

• Set up and confirm Salesforce security models, which include users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing settings, and object/field-level access.

• Diagnose technical problems during implementation, pinpoint root causes, and effectively communicate potential solutions.

• Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to identify technical gaps, product concerns, enhancement requests, or necessary development assistance.

• Engage in QA, UAT support, and go-live readiness activities to guarantee that implementations are precise, stable, and ready for customers.

• Develop and sustain technical documentation, including configuration notes, solution designs, deployment notes, testing guidelines, and customer-specific implementation details.

• Clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, such as customers, Implementation Managers, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams.

• Implement Salesforce and Verifiable best practices to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with long-term customer success.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience implementing and configuring Salesforce or Salesforce-based SaaS solutions for clients.

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and permissions.

• Proficient in building and troubleshooting Salesforce Flows.

• Familiarity with Salesforce security and sharing architecture, which includes users, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and object/field-level security.

• Experience with data migration, data repair, or data backfill tasks using tools such as Data Loader, Salesforce reports, exports, and structured data imports.

• Capability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical implementation tasks.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, particularly within the realms of Salesforce automation, data, permissions, and configuration.

• Ability to recognize when a request necessitates product, engineering, or development support and to clearly define the required technical modifications.

• Experience in delivering custom Salesforce configurations in environments with a managed package, along with an understanding of package constraints, extension patterns, upgrade impacts, and methods to avoid disrupting managed package functionality.
