This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate closely with clients to implement project plans, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery that upholds the highest standards of client satisfaction.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Multiview products, guiding clients on best-practice processes customized to their specific business needs.
• Oversee essential project activities, optimize core systems, develop training strategies, and plan for post-go-live phases.
• Provide comprehensive training and support to users, utilizing extensive product knowledge and insights into client operations to facilitate daily activities.
• Advise internal leadership with recommendations on operational challenges, opportunities for improvement, and strategic goals.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail across all client project plans while exhibiting strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Effectively manage task prioritization and juggle multiple projects concurrently while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Proactively engage with clients and internal stakeholders to address enhancement requests, resolve issues, and manage escalations.
• Cultivate a collaborative, values-driven work environment that enhances Multiview’s reputation and supports the long-term success of clients.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a professional services or client-facing context.
• Familiarity with Multiview Software is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead innovative, solution-oriented outcomes within a highly collaborative setting.
• Proven track record of consistently surpassing client expectations in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
• Resourceful and self-driven, capable of working independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple projects, and meeting stringent deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to actively listen, educate, influence, and build trust with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, project management, and change management skills.
• A commitment to leadership, demonstrating ownership and accountability for team operations and results.
• Proven ability to build relationships and establish rapport and credibility with both internal teams (including direct reports) and external clients.
• An innovative thinker with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to accept coaching and mentoring, with a strong desire for personal and professional development.
• Ability and readiness to travel as necessary to support clients, project activities, and business objectives.
