This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Analyzing existing client business processes by utilizing functional expertise in SAP shared platforms and understanding various countries' regulations to enhance service delivery.
• Engaging with multiple SAP HR modules: PA, PY, PT.
• Planning parametrization and defining business requirements based on gathered information.
• Addressing complex issues related to the application's functional environment.
• Overseeing HRSP implementation and making necessary customizations in response to legal updates.
• Enhancing the proposed solution by identifying new requirements during the information-gathering phase.
• Ensuring effective solution deployment across various environments (Development, Test, and Production).
• Tackling intricate problems associated with the application environment by leveraging functional knowledge of system parameters and country-specific legislation.
• Conducting business analysis within the realms of human resources and payroll.
• Preparing test scripts.
• Testing implemented modifications.
• Demonstrated payroll experience paired with extensive knowledge in PY schema configuration.
• Over 4 years of experience as a functional payroll solution SAP consultant.
• Proficiency in English and Hungarian at an advanced level.
• Strong motivation and a desire for continual improvement.
• Comprehensive understanding of Hungarian Payroll and legal reporting requirements.
• ABAP debugging or programming skills are considered a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
• Ability to execute tasks with high quality, adhering to STRADA standards.
• Effective time management skills, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
• Familiarity with ERP methodologies.
• Knowledge of Human Resources and Payroll Operations.
