Senior Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct assigned software implementation projects from inception to completion.

• Ensure consistent and transparent communication with clients throughout the duration of the project.

• Achieve project goals within defined KPIs, schedules, and budget constraints.

• Organize post-sale client meetings to gather data, business insights, and requirements.

• Foster and nurture client relationships while managing project scope, risks, and deliverables.

• Strategically plan, organize, and coordinate multiple project initiatives and resources.

• Facilitate project meetings, deliver status updates, maintain documentation, and contribute to reports for executive management.

• Lead sessions to gather business requirements and suggest optimal solutions.

• Evaluate opportunities to utilize Insights AI and other AI-driven functionalities.

• Analyze existing business processes and design future-state processes within Irth products.

• Identify process gaps, opportunities for enhancements, and product or feature necessities.

• Convert business requirements into specifications for technical and development teams.

• Document requirements through Statements of Work (SOWs), process-flow diagrams, wireframes, configuration documentation, and additional artifacts.

• Tailor and configure software systems according to client specifications and approved requirements.

• Lead the Train-the-Trainer system configuration and cultivate client-side subject matter experts.

• Demonstrate software functionalities and provide insights on capabilities, workflows, and best practices.

• Act as the subject matter expert for assigned implementation projects, including those related to Insights AI.

• Utilize underwriting and product knowledge to assess content accuracy, business intentions, and solution effectiveness.

• Collaborate with technical, product, and development teams for client enhancements and sprint activities.

• Set up communication rhythms and development timelines or estimated time of arrivals (ETAs).

• Inform stakeholders of any changes to timelines and ETAs.

• Ensure user stories are accurately represented in technical designs and development sprints.

• Facilitate the prioritization and execution of client enhancements.

• Lead User Acceptance Testing activities and obtain client approval.

• Provide implementation training and ongoing support to clients.

• Troubleshoot implementation challenges and coordinate resolutions.

• Offer continuous client support and ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project and process documentation, including SOWs, requirements, process flows, wireframes, flowcharts, configuration documentation, project plans, status reports, and UAT documentation.

• Integrate risk identification and mitigation strategies into project planning.

• Monitor project progress, issues, dependencies, and adjust project plans accordingly.

• Conduct project reviews and take part in initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

• Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

• Solid technical acumen and understanding of software development practices and procedures.

• Familiarity with AI-driven or predictive analytics products, such as Insights AI, is advantageous.

• Capability to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.

• Self-motivated with commercial awareness and a results-oriented approach.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Proven ability to inspire others and establish effective working relationships.

• Ability to leverage experience and sound judgment to plan, prioritize, and achieve objectives.
