Implementation Specialist II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Effectively execute solutions and configurations proposed by Deluxe for assigned projects.

• Achieve client billability levels and billing rates set for the role.

• Generate implementation status reports for project managers, clients, and internal stakeholders.

• Manage up to five small projects concurrently and handle upgrades of up to 1000 hours.

• Provide support on larger, more intricate projects that require multiple resources.

• Tailor base software applications and input customer-specific data in accordance with CRD and project documentation.

• Conduct system testing prior to delivery and during implementation at client locations or internally.

• Record defects and outline resolution strategies.

• Work collaboratively with team members to address issues.

• Document and relay status updates and assist in escalating issues internally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, along with 2 years of relevant experience, or a High School diploma/GED combined with 6 years of experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Windows-based operating systems/networks.

• Experience in implementing or supporting software solutions.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Preferred: 2 years of experience in banking and/or payment processing.

• Preferred: Experience in Treasury Management, ECM, Workflow, and OnBase Implementation/Workflow.
