Senior Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Guide mid-market and enterprise clients through effective implementation and launch processes.

• Enable customers to achieve successful implementation by ensuring they adhere to optimal timelines and realize time to first value.

• Showcase the benefits of Greenhouse during the implementation phase, assisting customers in navigating and resolving challenges.

• Offer support and mentorship by sharing expertise on products, services, and industry best practices.

• Manage implementation tasks including system design, product training, configuration, and organizational rollout strategies.

• Represent client needs and product requests to internal teams.

• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate a seamless transition for customers post-implementation.

• Become a subject matter expert on all Greenhouse products.

• Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as business needs arise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing roles with global organizations and multiple stakeholders.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience working with enterprise customers (1,000+ employees).

• Proven background in delivering complex software implementations and/or technical projects.

• Capability to simplify terminology and concepts for diverse audiences.

• Experience communicating effectively with various customer personas at leadership levels.

• Advanced knowledge of Greenhouse Recruiting is a plus.

• Unique skills and perspectives are appreciated, even if not fulfilling 100% of the qualifications.
