AI Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Identify, design, and implement AI-driven solutions aimed at enhancing internal workflows.

• Function as the internal AI advocate, assessing operations and developing tools.

• Take on the role of "director" for development, overseeing AI-generated code.

• Conduct thorough testing of AI-generated workflows to guarantee stability and data accuracy.

• Create feedback mechanisms to facilitate ongoing improvements of deployed tools based on user performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Analysis, Operations Management, or Product Management.

• Independent App Development: Demonstrated expertise in creating and deploying effective internal tools.

• Technical Proficiency: Comprehension of modern software components such as APIs, databases, webhooks, and distinctions between frontends and backends.

• The "Vibe Coder" Attitude: Outstanding fluency in natural language programming and agentic workflows.

• Product Insight: A strong understanding of product design and fundamental user experience (UX) principles.

• Resourcefulness & Curiosity: An inherent tinkerer who enjoys exploring new AI frameworks and platforms.
