This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish connections between Watershed and client systems, configuring Watershed to align with each client's objectives.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and API integrations, alongside writing scripts to create and manage data connections to Watershed.
• Leverage our adaptable reporting platform to conduct data analysis on intricate data sets and construct dashboards and reports that enable clients to comprehend and act on their data.
• Advise clients on their objectives, share insights on best practices, and assist clients in developing their learning data ecosystems.
• Offer technical support to clients while collaborating closely with the technology team to resolve issues and advocate for product enhancements.
• Automate repetitive technical workflows to boost efficiency for both clients and the team.
• Occasionally contribute updates to Watershed's core product; however, this is a lower priority compared to client-facing and integration tasks.
• Act as a public-facing representative for the company and product, fostering relationships with clients and industry partners, and identifying opportunities for growth within existing partnerships.
• Train clients on the effective usage of Watershed. While familiarity with corporate learning ecosystems is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.
• Over 3 years of practical programming experience, preferably including Python, REST APIs, data manipulation, and software automation tools.
• More than 3 years of experience in a client-facing capacity, implementing SaaS software, data science, analytics, or reporting tools.
• Proven ability to construct and maintain data pipelines and system integrations.
• Capability to comprehend client challenges and convert them into actionable technical solutions.
• Familiarity with learning data, xAPI, SCORM, and JSON is beneficial.
• Exceptional communication, documentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Flexibility to manage multiple assignments in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently while also functioning as an integral part of a team.
• Proficiency in SQL and MySQL databases.
• Experience with Python and Java development.
• Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD automation.
