Senior Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Manage comprehensive ERP implementations and financial integrations for portfolio companies during M&A and growth phases.

• Oversee 3-5 simultaneous ERP implementations utilizing Intacct, Xero, and QuickBooks from initial requirements to final cutover delivery.

• Develop the architecture for chart of accounts and multi-entity consolidation structures that evolve with company expansion.

• Execute data migrations ensuring zero material reconciliation exceptions and maintain audit-ready documentation.

• Create and manage API and middleware integrations between ERP and supplementary systems such as Bill.com, Ramp, and Brex.

• Achieve a reduction in month-end close cycle time by 20-30% through automation of workflows and redesigning processes.

• Develop standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation and training resources that empower finance teams to function autonomously after implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience with at least two of the following: Intacct, Xero, QuickBooks Desktop, or QuickBooks Online.

• Proficiency in chart of accounts design, multi-entity accounting, intercompany eliminations, and statutory consolidations.

• Proven track record of executing 3 or more full-cycle ERP implementations or migrations with quantifiable, documented results.

• Familiarity with U.S. GAAP, COSO internal controls frameworks, and configuration of financial reporting processes.

• Proven capability to design and manage API integrations or middleware solutions, beyond merely having conceptual knowledge.

• Experience in managing cross-functional projects and collaborating remotely across different time zones asynchronously.

• Desirable qualifications: CA, CPA, or CMA certification, or equivalent semi-qualified CA with over 3 years of relevant experience.

• Technical expertise in SQL, REST APIs, or middleware platforms to facilitate quicker integrations.

• Experience in supporting financial audits following ERP implementation and structuring systems for audit-readiness.
