Senior Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee complete implementations for enterprise clients, taking charge of platform configuration across Degreed platform solutions.

• Conduct discovery workshops to establish learning strategies, AI use cases, and measurable outcomes.

• Collaborate with Technical Consultants on integration strategies, including SSO, HRIS integrations, and content connections.

• Track implementation health, identify risks early, and handle escalations with minimal supervision.

• Manage project plans, RAID logs, and provide executive status reports.

• Handle scope and change requests across technical, functional, and business stakeholders.

• Spot opportunities for enhanced services or increased platform adoption with the Revenue team.

• Lead project retrospectives and translate lessons learned into improvements in delivery.

• Mentor Implementation Consultants regarding configuration, best delivery practices, and client communication.

• Develop reusable playbooks and enablement materials.

• Contribute at least one validated AI-driven delivery or client-experience enhancement idea each quarter.

• Promote data hygiene practices that support accurate AI-assisted analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven history of managing complex implementations and overseeing direct delivery for large-scale enterprise clients in professional services.

• Capability to coordinate initiatives and manage multiple simultaneous workstreams across functional, technical, and business stakeholders.

• Demonstrated expertise in directing multi-stream SaaS initiatives during complex rollouts.

• Ability to communicate platform capabilities effectively into business strategy for VP- and C-level executives.

• Familiarity with LMS, LXP, content providers, skills platforms, and HRIS data exchange.

• Understanding of AI-enabled feature use cases and measurable success criteria within enterprise governance frameworks.

• Skill in identifying delivery risks early and negotiating changes in scope.

• Experience facilitating discovery sessions with client stakeholders.

• Proven skill in integrating AI tools into daily configuration, client materials, research, and progress-tracking activities.

• Experience with Degreed or similar learning experience platforms is a plus.

• Background in Learning & Development strategy or organizational change management is a plus.

• Knowledge of HR technology ecosystems and enterprise data integrations is a plus.

• Experience delivering implementations in North American and Latin American markets is a plus.

• Proficiency in a language other than English is a plus.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
