This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Facilitate and maintain communication with the client after the sale to create an implementation plan tailored to the unique requirements of the Edifecs/Cotiviti solution purchased.
• Partner with the Edifecs/Cotiviti Implementation Architect / Technical Project Manager to design the architecture, implementation strategy/schedule, and operational plan.
• Perform installation, upgrades, and configuration of Edifecs/Cotiviti products at client locations.
• Integrate Edifecs/Cotiviti products with existing software assets and processes on the customer’s premises.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Product, and Development team members to achieve development and configuration milestones, creating guidelines, programs, tasks, reports, etc., to fulfill the client’s specifications.
• Deliver post-implementation support during the transition from the implementation phase to maintenance.
• Provide software and client-specific training, while also creating training documentation that aligns with current standards and the client’s needs.
• Mentor and train internal teams on Edifecs/Cotiviti products and customized components for clients.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for customers regarding the Edifecs/Cotiviti products and solutions they have purchased.
• Knowledge of Application Integration/Enterprise Application Integration.
• Hands-on experience with middleware tools such as JCAPS, Web Methods, WMBI, AquaLogic, or familiarity with other messaging engines like IBM MQ and Active MQ.
• Familiarity with Integration Design Patterns.
• Solid understanding of various message formats, including XML, STX, EDI, EDIFACT, ISO, ACORD, HL7, and IHE.
• Proficient in Java programming, JavaScript, XML, HTML, and possess some scripting knowledge, including Perl scripts.
• Experience with Oracle and/or SQL Server from an application perspective, including connection strings, SQL scripts, JDBC, and general troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Application Server environments.
• Experience in creating Technical Requirements Documents, process flow diagrams, as well as deployment and user operation guides.
• Ability to develop technical designs.
• Knowledge of release management processes.
• Understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically in Payer/Provider contexts.
• Familiarity with EDI transactions, preferably in relation to HIPAA.
• Strong process orientation and comprehension of the product implementation landscape.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.
• Experience with project scope, estimation, and change management.
• Knowledge of implementation methodologies for various products or solutions.
• Experience in providing technical training, both internally and externally.
