Senior Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Reporting to the Delivery Practice Manager, the Senior Implementation Consultant serves as a strategic functional leader who drives project outcomes from discovery to delivery on enterprise-scale Clariti implementations.

• You will oversee the comprehensive view of multi-departmental, multi-phase implementation programs, acting as the primary Clariti solution design authority for your clients while guiding both Clariti and System Integrator (SI) partner teams towards successful results.

• You proactively identify risks, engage in discussions with assurance, and advocate for AI-driven strategies to enhance time-to-value for customers and improve efficiency across the professional services practice.

• Lead and conduct discovery workshops and requirements validation sessions with customer stakeholders at all levels, negotiating scope and confidently directing conversations toward optimal results in alignment with Clariti best practices and project scope.

• Maintain an expert-level comprehension of the Statement of Work and project plan to manage scope, oversee change requests, and safeguard project margins.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise technology enablement, implementation consulting, or business analysis, preferably within SaaS, public sector, or permitting/community development sectors.

• Established experience in facilitating workshops and leading requirements-gathering initiatives with enterprise or public-sector clients across various stakeholder levels.

• Proven ability to function as a lead on complex, multi-stakeholder implementation projects with competing priorities and changing scope.

• Strong executive presence with the capability to influence, negotiate, and build trust at senior customer levels.

• Experience as a lead consultant or business analyst in implementation or configuration projects utilizing Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms.

• Experience collaborating with SI partners in a lead or supervisory role.

• Familiarity with Agile or modified-Agile delivery methodologies.

• An AI-curious mindset with a demonstrated interest or experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance implementation workflows and project delivery.
