This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the identification and documentation of configuration requirements as defined by clients.
• Create and present Functional and Target Configuration Specifications, ensuring they receive formal approval and sign-off from clients.
• Configure the StarCompliance application in alignment with established specifications and best practices.
• Assist clients during the initial rollout and adoption of the platform throughout their organization.
• Conduct customized training sessions for clients and offer expert implementation assistance during the deployment phase.
• Organize structured user feedback sessions to pinpoint issues and clarify feature requests.
• Recognize, evaluate, and escalate delivery risks; work in collaboration with Professional Services leadership and Relationship Management teams to ensure timely resolutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and QA to confirm new features and fixes; manage defect triage, prioritization, and resolution processes.
• Ensure a seamless transition for clients to Customer Support post-implementation for ongoing service continuity.
• Contribute to the advancement of internal delivery frameworks, which include templates, playbooks, and best practices.
• Work across different functions to uphold high levels of client satisfaction and retention, ensuring clear communication and expectation management throughout the project lifecycle.
• At least 5+ years of experience in a client-facing Business Analyst or Implementation Consultant position within software or information services.
• Outstanding stakeholder management abilities, with a proven track record of engaging client business users, technical teams, and senior executives.
• Strong skills in influencing and negotiation.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Motivated, proactive, and positive demeanor.
• Strong analytical, requirements-gathering, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to document project requirements and monitor milestones.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a methodical, process-oriented approach to delivery.
• Practical experience in migrating clients from legacy or third-party solutions.
• Preferred background in financial compliance.
• Experience in collaborating with global teams across different time zones is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum/Kanban ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives), writing user stories/acceptance criteria, and utilizing tools such as Jira/Confluence is preferred.
• Experience in defining, implementing, or supporting enterprise software solutions in financial services is preferred.
• Knowledge of ethical codes, conflicts of interest, personal account dealings, or MNPI handling is beneficial.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SEC, FINRA, FCA, or SMCR is advantageous.
