πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Acting as a reliable resource for Core Leaders and Caregivers addressing employee relations issues.

β€’ Promoting consistent strategies for positive employee and labor relations.

β€’ Ensuring adherence to HR policies, as well as regulatory and policy standards.

β€’ Conducting investigations and making recommendations to enhance the workplace environment.

β€’ Performing employee relations research to identify trends, patterns, and the need for critical interventions.

β€’ Carrying out labor relations research, exploring dispute alternatives, and developing policies.

β€’ Maintaining effective recordkeeping and ensuring data integrity.

β€’ Overseeing HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting to fellow HR professionals.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Minimum of five years' experience in general human resources or equivalent experience at the exempt level in a multi-state/location service line of business.

β€’ At least five years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, labor relations, ADAAA, and managing leaves of absence.

β€’ A minimum of five years providing high-touch customer service in a 'concierge' style environment.

β€’ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).

β€’ Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute required upon hire, or

β€’ Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification required upon hire, or

β€’ Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute required upon hire, or

β€’ Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification preferred upon hire.
