Senior Human Resources Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Acting as a reliable resource for Core Leaders and Caregivers addressing employee relations issues.

• Promoting consistent strategies for positive employee and labor relations.

• Ensuring adherence to HR policies, as well as regulatory and policy standards.

• Conducting investigations and making recommendations to enhance the workplace environment.

• Performing employee relations research to identify trends, patterns, and the need for critical interventions.

• Carrying out labor relations research, exploring dispute alternatives, and developing policies.

• Maintaining effective recordkeeping and ensuring data integrity.

• Overseeing HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting to fellow HR professionals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of five years' experience in general human resources or equivalent experience at the exempt level in a multi-state/location service line of business.

• At least five years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, labor relations, ADAAA, and managing leaves of absence.

• A minimum of five years providing high-touch customer service in a 'concierge' style environment.

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute required upon hire, or

• Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification required upon hire, or

• Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute required upon hire, or

• Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification preferred upon hire.
