Senior Human Resources Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with designated business unit leaders and people managers to assess organizational needs and provide customized HR support and advice.

• Offer daily HR guidance on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance challenges, disciplinary measures, and terminations.

• Perform comprehensive and impartial investigations into employee grievances and workplace issues; propose and implement suitable resolutions.

• Work alongside Talent Acquisition to facilitate full-cycle recruiting efforts, encompassing job profile creation, interview support, and onboarding processes.

• Assist and guide managers throughout the performance management process, which includes setting goals, conducting mid-year reviews, annual evaluations, and developing performance improvement plans.

• Evaluate HR data and trends—such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and workforce headcount—to pinpoint challenges and suggest proactive solutions.

• Collaborate with the Compensation team to aid in salary benchmarking, offer approvals, and internal equity assessments.

• Contribute to the design and execution of employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and activities that foster company culture.

• Counsel managers and staff on HR policies, procedures, and programs; ensure consistent and equitable application throughout the organization.

• Assist in learning and development initiatives by identifying training needs and organizing or facilitating relevant programs.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.

• Proven experience in process enhancement, development of standard operating procedures, or operational process management.

• Experience in supporting multiple business units and handling complex employee relations issues independently.

• A demonstrated history of effectively collaborating with and influencing senior and executive leadership.

• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is preferred.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or a comparable process improvement certification is a plus.
