Senior HR Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Establishing regular rituals with leaders and team members

• Supporting teams throughout the entire Employee Lifecycle

• Advising leaders on organizational design and compensation

• Assisting employees with Learning & Development

• Acting as a liaison between the international HQ and the German market

• Utilizing modern AI tools and data-driven HR processes

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a comparable role

• Broad HR experience in onboarding, learning & development, labor law, and compensation & benefits

• Excellent skills in building trust and developing sustainable working relationships

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English; French is a plus

• Experience in performance management within growing organizations (300+ new hires per year)

• Ability to guide internal stakeholders through projects
