This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes for support workers

• Keep employee records, contracts, certifications, and essential documentation organized

• Ensure compliance with requirements such as police checks, NDIS Worker Screening, first aid certifications, and training renewals

• Assist with rostering coordination and workforce planning as needed

• Aid in performance management, employee engagement, and addressing HR-related inquiries

• Contribute to the maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and documentation

• Help uphold ongoing compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and regulatory obligations

• Support internal audits, incident reporting, and initiatives for quality improvement

• Review and update policies, procedures, and governance frameworks

• Ensure that operational processes are in line with legislative requirements and best practices

• Assist in preparing for audits and collecting evidence for compliance assessments

• Identify compliance gaps and suggest areas for improvement

• Help maintain accurate records within internal systems

• Support document control and fulfill reporting requirements

• Collaborate closely with leadership to enhance workflows and operational efficiency

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail

• Confident in managing sensitive HR and compliance documentation

• Proactive and solutions-oriented, capable of working independently

• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills

• Comfortable in a dynamic and evolving organizational environment

• **Preferred Experience & Skills**

• Background in Human Resources, Compliance, Governance, or a related field

• Strong knowledge of NDIS compliance standards and regulatory requirements

• Experience in disability services, healthcare, or community services is highly regarded

• Familiarity with MyP or similar NDIS workforce/compliance platforms is preferred (training can be provided)

• Understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices

• Strong administrative and reporting capabilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
