
Senior Human Resource Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with the USA regional leadership team to integrate people priorities into business planning, workforce strategies, and organizational design as the region grows.
β’ Convert growth strategies into actionable workforce and hiring plans, working closely with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to ensure the region is effectively structured and staffed for product launches, operations, and ongoing expansion across Product and Infrastructure.
β’ Direct organizational design and team configuration decisions for the region, assisting leaders in making informed choices regarding structure, manager arrangements, capability requirements, and scaling priorities.
β’ Serve as a proactive build-and-scale HR partner by facilitating essential hiring, onboarding, leadership development, retention, and team effectiveness within a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
β’ Mentor leaders on performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, employee relations, and complex personnel decisions, balancing the need for speed with sound judgment and employee experience.
β’ Proactively identify organizational and personnel risks, utilizing data and business insights to implement effective actions regarding attrition, capability gaps, organizational health, leadership effectiveness, and readiness for execution.
β’ Ensure robust support for the region through core HR processes and HR centers of expertise, converting business needs into actionable items across compensation, development, compliance, employee experience, and broader people programs.
β’ Maintain close ties with the business through regular travel throughout the USA, with the potential for scope expansion into the wider Americas in the future.
β’ Over 8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in dynamic, high-growth technology or infrastructure companies.
β’ Demonstrated experience in collaborating on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies that facilitate business growth.
β’ Strong leadership coaching abilities in areas such as performance management, succession planning, employee relations, and organizational transformation.
β’ A commercial mindset with the capability to translate business priorities into practical people solutions.
β’ Experience in leveraging people data and insights to identify risks and drive informed decision-making within the business.
β’ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to establish trusted relationships at all organizational levels.
β’ In-depth knowledge of core HR functions, including talent management, compensation, employee relations, performance management, and U.S. employment regulations.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; an advanced degree or HR certification is advantageous.
β’ Readiness to travel frequently across the USA.
