Senior HubSpot CRM Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Director of CRM to assess and enhance the foundational data architecture of the HubSpot platform, encompassing object structures, properties, associations, and data flow.

• Create, implement, and troubleshoot HubSpot workflows that facilitate marketing automation, lifecycle stage management, and interdepartmental business processes.

• Formulate and optimize segmentation strategies and active/static lists to guarantee precise, scalable targeting across email, SMS, and other CRM-driven channels.

• Develop and enhance custom reports and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights into campaign and program performance.

• Conduct audits on existing HubSpot configurations (properties, workflows, lists, and reports) to pinpoint inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for consolidation.

• Document standards for data architecture, workflow logic, and segmentation rules to promote long-term platform scalability and knowledge transfer.

• Work in conjunction with CRM, marketing, and analytics stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical HubSpot solutions.

• Ensure data integrity and consistency across HubSpot objects, integrations, and connected systems.

• Offer insights on HubSpot best practices, new platform functionalities, and process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Over 4 years of practical experience in HubSpot administration or consulting, with a specific focus on data architecture, workflows, segmentation, and reporting.

• HubSpot certifications (e.g., Data Management, Marketing Software, Reporting) are highly preferred.

• Experience in supporting CRM or marketing operations teams in a consulting or contract capacity.

• Available to begin immediately and commit to the engagement until December 31, 2026.
