This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Configure, maintain, evaluate, and enhance the functionality of Workday.
• Oversee integrations between Workday and external systems.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business leadership.
• Convert intricate business requirements into effective system designs.
• Lead or direct HRIS projects and system enhancements.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex system challenges.
• Provide support for recurring and annual People programs.
• Assess existing processes and technology capabilities.
• Establish and uphold system controls.
• Monitor and audit system processes and security roles.
• Create and maintain sophisticated reports and analytics.
• Coordinate testing and validation activities for Workday updates.
• Keep system documentation and operational procedures up to date.
• Facilitate system training and develop user resources.
• Stay informed about Workday and HR technology trends.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on HR technology capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant HR systems or HR technology experience; or a master’s degree with at least 6 years of related experience; or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Extensive experience in configuring, supporting, and optimizing Workday (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Performance, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Reporting, Security).
• Experience managing integrations between Workday and third-party systems (payroll, benefits, finance, IT).
• Strong grasp of integration concepts and technologies.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Solid understanding of HR, payroll, benefits, compensation, recruiting, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Workday certification in one or more functional or integration domains is preferred.
• Experience in a high-growth, technology, healthcare, or regulated environment is preferred.
