Senior HRIS Consultant, Finance – Workday

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering and solution design with client stakeholders.

• Convert business needs into decisions regarding Workday configuration.

• Design and set up Workday Financials modules, which encompass FDM, General Ledger, AP/AR, budgeting, inventory, assets, procurement, and expenses.

• Contribute to integration efforts that link Workday with the client's system ecosystem.

• Oversee testing phases and deployment preparations, from unit testing to support during go-live.

• Act as a trusted advisor to client teams.

• Proactively identify risks and suggest process enhancements.

• Assist in expanding INNOOVA’s Workday practice by imparting knowledge to junior consultants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both French and English, in spoken and written form.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Over 4 years of experience in Workday consulting or implementations.

• Workday Financials certification, or significant equivalent hands-on implementation experience.

• Practical experience in configuring Workday Financials modules, including General Ledger, AP/AR, fixed assets, or procurement.

• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial processes.

• Experience in contributing to integration projects is advantageous.

• Familiarity with other Workday modules or SaaS platforms is a plus.

• Comfortable navigating the entire implementation lifecycle, from design to deployment.

• The ideal candidate must be legally permitted to work in Canada (Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or holder of a valid work permit).
