Senior HRIS Architect – Workday

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, support, and consistently enhance the global Workday platform.

• Develop and manage custom integrations utilizing Workday Web Services and EIB.

• Configure, register, oversee, and govern Workday AI Agents.

• Create and maintain Workday Orchestrations to automate intricate business processes.

• Develop sophisticated reports using the Workday Reporting Platform and Prism.

• Collaborate extensively with HR, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into effective solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of technical experience with Workday HRIS is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated expertise in Workday Integration technologies.

• Extensive experience in developing applications using Workday Extend.

• Background in building and supporting Workday Orchestrations.

• Experience in configuring, registering, and managing Workday AI Agents using ASOR.

• Familiarity with the Workday Developer Site, developer documentation, APIs, SDKs, developer tools, and implementation best practices.

• Strong comprehension of Workday AI capabilities and intelligent automation.

• Robust object-oriented programming experience with XML, XSLT, XPath, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and JSON.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Workday certifications in Integrations, Extend, Reporting, Studio, or other relevant technologies are preferred.
